Subject area: T861 – Justice
The aim of the project consists on the training of judges from Croatia and Yugoslavia (Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo) which has the scope to approach the judicial system of those countries to that of the European Union countries, in order to create within the Balkans States a “European space of justice” . The reaching of this aim will be possible through the transfer to these countries of those European Union experiences and knowledge which significantly will contribute to the development of Croatia and Yugoslavia in a democratic way.
